Role Overview
We are looking for a Sr Manager - Business Development to drive operational excellence and support strategic growth initiatives. This role will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution of business strategies. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, execution-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end business operations to ensure efficiency and scalability
Oversee Sales Operations (SalesOps) including pipeline tracking, CRM optimization, and performance monitoring
Analyze business data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance
Develop and implement operational frameworks and processes to enhance productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product
Drive revenue planning, forecasting, and reporting in partnership with Finance
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline workflows
Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
Qualifications & Skills
Strong expertise in Business Operations and Operations Management
Proven experience in SalesOps with excellent organizational and execution capabilities
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
Solid understanding of financial planning, sales forecasting, and revenue reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a dynamic environment
Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role is preferred
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
