Role Overview
The Brand Partnerships Associate is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new
clients for creator collaborations, newsletter promotions, AI-powered advertising, and Instagram
content solutions. This entry-level role suits someone energetic and confident, interested in working
at the intersection of creators, media, and modern marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
• Research and identify potential clients across D2C, tech, lifestyle, e-commerce, consumer brands, and agencies.
• Run consistent outbound outreach using email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Book meetings and discovery calls with relevant decision-makers.
Pitching & Coordination
• Understand client marketing needs and recommend the right mix of creator partnerships,
newsletter features, AI ad solutions, and Instagram content offerings.
• Support in preparing pitches, capability decks, and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, deliverables, and campaign feasibility.
Pipeline Management
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Ensure timely communication with prospects and assist in moving deals through the pipeline.
• Support end-to-end deal closure alongside senior team members.
Market Awareness
• Keep up with trends in influencer marketing, paid ads, newsletter marketing, and short-form
content.
• Monitor competitor activity and share insights with the team.
Required Qualifications
• 0–1.5 years of experience in partnerships, sales, influencer marketing, or digital media (freshers
welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and speaking with founders, marketers, and agencies
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, creators, content, and advertising metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
• Internships or experience in creator management, business development, or digital agencies.
• Familiarity with Instagram trends, creator categories, and brand campaign structures.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and present confidently.
